JEFF DOUGLAS

President of Creative Management Company, Mr. Douglas was born November 28, 1957. Mr. Douglas is a native Houstonian and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he obtained his Bachelor in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. Mr. Douglas has since received his licensing as a Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas and has received his designation as a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). Active in the Greater Houston Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (GHCCAI), Mr. Douglas has served as Chairman of the Education Programs Committee, Conference and Trade Show Committee, and the Radio Programs Committee. Mr. Douglas served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Houston Chapter of the Community Associations Institute for three years which included one year as President Elect and served as President of the Chapter in 1989. Mr. Douglas currently is a delegate for the Texas Legislative Action Committee and a Board of Director of the Texas Association of Community Management Companies. Mr. Douglas is responsible for over 90 condominium, townhome and single family communities located in Houston and surrounding areas.

JAMIE TAYLOR

Vice President of Creative Management Company, Mr. Taylor graduated from Texas A&M University in 1984 with a B.A. in Management. He has done extensive work as a Field Engineer for commercial high rise construction projects in Houston, Dallas, and New Orleans. Mr. Taylor joined Creative Management Company in 1989 and has 19 years experience managing multiple condominium and townhome communities, overseeing renovation projects and handling insurance claims up to $1,500,000.00.
