full-charge accounts payable position for Property Management Company for multi-family condominium, townhome, single-family and high-rise communities.

Must be computer savvy and have experience with Excel, Adobe, Microsoft

Responsibilities

Process all Electronic and Manual Checks
Maintain all Accounts Payable folders by location
New Vendor Packages
1099 Processing
Vendor payment research
New Property Transitions: Vendor Billing and ACH updates
Payroll: Process semi-monthly payroll for multiple locations
               Process entries to record payroll to financials
               Set Up New Payroll Accounts with payroll provider
               New Employee Enrollment
