Residential Property Management firm located in Southwest Houston area managing multi-family Condominium and Townhome properties is seeking an experienced individual to facilitate work repair orders between contractors and homeowners for common area maintenance items on the properties. Candidate must have good communication, organizational and people skills. Some construction and repair experience a plus. Excellent benefit package provided including medical benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Assign work repair orders for plumbing repairs; roof leaks; fence, access gate and lighting repairs, etc.
  • Answer calls to the work repair department
  • Coordinate work repair orders with the maintenance staff and contractors
  • Maintain work repair reports
  • Schedule water shut downs
  • Obtain work repair Bids from contractors
