Please be advised that there is a fee associated with your request for a Resale Certificate. Your check or money order only (no credit cards) in the amount of $125.00 should be made payable to CREATIVE MANAGEMENT COMPANY and mailed to the following:

To expedite your request, you may also deliver the payment in person to our office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our office is conveniently located at Gessner and the Southwest Freeway (Highway 59) in a business park called The Center.


Once payment has been received, we will begin processing your Resale Certificate, which will also include a budget, financial statement and insurance summary for your community. Please be advised that it may take up to two (2) business days to complete your request. You will be contacted when your package is complete, at which time we can email the package to you, or you can arrange to pick it up.


Our transfer fee is $300.00. By paying for and securing the Resale Certificate prior to closing, the transfer fee will be reduced to $125.00, which will be collected at your closing. Please be sure to provide the receipt given with your certificate to your title company, so they can account for this reduction on your closing statement.


GOVERNING DOCUMENTS: It is recommended that you provide the buyer with a set of the Association’s governing documents (Declaration, By-Laws, Rules and Regulations, commonly known as CC&R’s). Copies of the governing documents can be provided to you with your Resale Certificate for the cost of reproduction. Since the cost for the documents varies with each Association, you will need to contact our office to obtain the cost for your particular community. The seller may obtain the documents at no cost by logging on to our website as a homeowner and navigating to their association page.

Please be advised that our fee to complete a mortgage form or community questionnaire is $150.00.    Please be sure you are submitting the correct form for your type of community as this fee is charged per form or document, not per applicant.

The check or money order (no cash or credit cards) should be made payable to Creative Management Company and delivered with the form to our office. You may also email your form to and it will be held in pending until payment is received.  When submitting both your form and your payment, please identify the property address you need the form completed for and provide an email address that the form can be sent to when completed.

We do not complete any forms without first receiving the $150.00 payment for same. Every effort is made to have the form available to you the next business day but this is dependent on the volume of requests. We also do not accept or impose any rush fees to complete your form before another request, as we guarantee a two-business day turn around.    

With your completed form, we will provide a certificate of insurance, a budget and a recent financial statement for the community.   If there is any pending litigation, only a copy of the lawsuit will be provided to you, you can then get additional or up to date information from the website for the court in which the lawsuit has been filed.    If additional items are requested from our office other than these standard documents, there may be an additional costs associated with your request.
