Board Portal Demo

  • SmartStreet Payment Portal (HOA Services/Bank of California):
    The payment system you currently use—SmartStreet—will remain the same and will continue to be accessible as usual throughout this transition. There is no need to make changes to your payment method or login for SmartStreet.
  • Vantaca Homeowner Portal Access:
    Access to the new Vantaca Owner Portal will not be available until you receive your unique portal key and complete the account setup process. Please wait until your key arrives before attempting to log in.
  • Late Fees in May:
    To ensure a smooth transition, no late fees will be assessed during the month of May, in case of delays or technical issues
  • ACH Payments:
    Owner who are enrolled in the ACH Program with Creative Management will continue to have their assessment drafted on the 5th of each month as normal.  No action is needed.
  • Payment Coupons / Mailed Payments / Personal Bill Payment Service:
    If you are currently using payment coupons to mail your payments to the collection address in Atlanta, or remitting payment through your bill payment service, you may continue doing so without interruption.
