Bank Account Verification Information \u2013 Information that is used to verify payments made through the lockbox system are applied to the correct account. This includes information on checks sent by individuals or third party bill payment services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creative Management may share information with other companies as needed in the course of business operation. For example: some identification class information may be shared with contractors so they may contact you in the course of making repairs requested by you or the Board of your community. ACH Banking information may be shared with the banking institution in the course of processing the transaction by ACH. Sharing of any class of information is only for business reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
