Our transfer fee is $600.00. Paying for and securing the Resale Certificate prior to closing will reduce the transfer fee that is collected at closing to $225.00. The receipt given with your certificate should be provided to your title company to account for this reduction on your closing statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING A RESALE CERTIFICATE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The processing fee for a Resale Certificate is $375.00. Payment can be made online. Please read the instructions below in their entirety before attempting to make payment. We do recommend you use one of the following browsers, Chrome, Edge, Safari or Mozilla.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  3. To complete your order, please enter the confirmation number you receive after making payment, along with the required information in the order form below.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. After your order is received, the resale certificate will be emailed to you within two business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
