Kelly Futral joined Creative Management Company in 1986, working her way up from Receptionist to Service Coordinator, a position she has held since 1989. Realizing the importance of maintenance to each property, Kelly makes it a priority to respond quickly to all phone calls and e-mails reporting maintenance issues. She coordinates with contractors and on-site maintenance personnel to ensure the needs of each owner are met as quickly as possible. Kelly is responsible for preparing monthly maintenance issue reports for presentation to the Board of Directors. She also oversees the compliance of all city and fire codes, schedules preventative maintenance and audits insurance certificates of all contractors.
