Lance Williams joined the company in 2003. His knowledge about computer systems, IT structure and property management provide the backdrop for his role as IT Director for Creative Management Company. Lance maintains all aspects of the IT structure, including server maintenance administration, helpdesk, application support, network administration and communication infrastructure maintenance and programming. To stay up to date on the ever-changing needs of homeowner associations, he also manages a small portfolio of communities for Creative Management Company. Lance attended the University of Oklahoma where he studied engineering and astrophysics. He began his career in 1994 in Oklahoma City, focusing on environmental inspections, property management and facilities operations and management.
