Online Payment by Electronic Check or Credit Card
Online payments using eCheck, MasterCard™, Visa™, American Express™ or Discover™ can be made quickly through the “Make a Payment” link above.
Follow these simple steps:

Type the first few letters of your association’s name (not Creative Management), click on the name of your association when it populates.

Select your payment option.

Payments made through the eCheck option do not have an additional charge.

Credit card payments have a convenience fee equal to 2.95% of your total payment. This fee is charged by the bank, not Creative Management Company or your Association.

Remember: This is your account, and Creative Management Company cannot access or control your account information on the Pacific Western Bank website.
Important to know:

You must log in and change what you are paying when you receive the notice of the change in the mail, it WILL NOT update automatically.

Failure to renew or make timely updates may result in late fees and your online payment being cancelled altogether.

To avoid fees, late fees or the need to make changes, we encourage you instead to enroll in our ACH program, the by completing and returning the ACH application.
