HOA Legal Documents (CC&Rs)

The HOA Legal Documents (CC&Rs) can be accessed on line at no cost. An owner may obtain the documents by logging on to our website as a homeowner and navigating to the View Your Association’s Documents page. If you are a Realtor, Lender or 3rd Party and would like an access code to download or print the documents you may email your request to general@cmctx.com Please be sure to include the property address for which you need the legal documents for in your request.

Hurricane Loss Information Form

If you experience storm damage, please fill out this report and deliver or mail it to Creative Management Company, 8323 Southwest Freeway, Suite 330, Houston, Texas 77074 or email to workorders@cmctx.com. You may contact our office at 713-772-4420. However, our phone lines may be down or extremely busy should a disaster occur; therefore, please be sure to complete this form in detail and return it promptly to the above location. If you must relocate temporarily, let us know how to reach you. Your cooperation and patience will be greatly appreciated.
