How to Submit Your Order

Please read the following instructions in full before submitting payment.

1. Click the payment link below to visit the Pacific Western Bank portal.

2. In the search field, type RESALE and Select Creative Management Company – Resale Docs from the results. Then click continue.

3. When prompted for an account number, enter 00RESALEDOCS. Do not use a homeowner ID or association name.

4. Complete your payment. E-check payments are processed at no additional cost. Credit card payments incur a convenience fee of 2.95% of the total amount.

5. Once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation number. Enter that confirmation number along with your property information in the order form below.

6. Your completed Resale Certificate will be emailed to you within three business days of your order being received.

Fee Schedule

The processing fee for a Resale Certificate is $375.00.

At closing, a transfer fee of $600.00 applies — however, if you obtain and pay for your Resale Certificate prior to closing, that transfer fee is reduced to $225.00. You will receive a receipt along with your certificate, which you can provide directly to your title company to reflect the reduced amount in your closing statement. Ordering early is a simple way to save $375.00 at the closing table.

What to Expect

Once your order and payment are received, your Resale Certificate will be delivered to you via email within three business days. The certificate contains the information required by your title company to facilitate a smooth ownership transfer.
