Monique Garza

Having been with Creative Management Company since 1990, Monique has earned a reputation in the industry for being firm yet fair in her role as Collection Manager. She has developed a collection policy for each community that has proven successful and keeps up to date on current changes in state laws that may require changes to these policies. Her ability to identify personally with people and their unique situation provides for exceptional customer service resulting in a high rate of collection. Monique is responsible for a collection team that is tasked with accounts receivable, the collection of assessments, monthly collection reports, new owner accounts, homeowner updates and web access. Monique gives personal attention to new business as it relates to delinquent accounts and document review, and she welcomes the challenges associated with property transitions.
